Re: 'Try & Fly' Day 25th July @ Tonbridge Racecourse If we are to make our selves known at Tonbridge, what about flying the " Arch " or the " Stack ", perhaps these need a lot of work on them ?.

Re: 'Try & Fly' Day 25th July @ Tonbridge Racecourse OK everyone, we sort of have approval for this event from TBC by email, but not in documentation!
I will post details hopefully tomorrow with timings, car access and parking details. |

Re: 'Try & Fly' Day 25th July @ Tonbridge Racecourse Sid if its an e-mail from ?@tonbridge.gov.uk you have your document. E'mails are now considered approval, we are always being told be very careful you don't seem to be giving consent in an em,ail because we can be held to it.

Re: 'Try & Fly' Day 25th July @ Tonbridge Racecourse Hi Steve
not as straight forward as that, they have requested sight of our CAA hieght approval, which we will not recieve until late this week. Which in turn means their documentation will not arrive with us until after the event ! So I am moving forward on email recieved today. But I have requested email confirmation of our request for vehicle access. |

Re: 'Try & Fly' Day 25th July @ Tonbridge Racecourse OK vehicle access for unloading & reloading via Bradford street (unless somebody knows different)
No vehicle movements in the park between 11am & 5pm |

Re: 'Try & Fly' Day 25th July @ Tonbridge Racecourse If memory serves me correctly, the gates are normally locked. also, are we allowed to park in the park, or are we drive on/drive off?
