we are being supplied with a gate key and you will be allowed to unload in the park before 11am but must use car parks untill 5pm when you will be allowed to drive back into the park to reload.

Any reason why it is different to the "Kite Festival" earlier in the year.....?
As long as there is no movement, surely we can stay, as do all other peeps involved with events held throughout the year who bring along valuable and heavy equipment....

What kind of publicity will we have given that we missed last weeks inserts by the Olympic Committee in local newspapers?

If we need to do this ourselves, Wednesday 12.00 noon is the deadline for the Kent & Sussex Courier....

we are limited by what the council have allowed for this event, access for vehicles to unload before the event and reload after. permission for 4 cars only to remain on site the rest have to use public car parks.

I realise we have missed the boat somewhat regarding promoting the event but we have just this week secured a venue - its taken well over two months to get this far!

Well done Syd! Thanks for all your efforts in getting this sorted

Im glad we now have an event. We will probably park in the usual car park and carry our gear. After all its only what we would do if we had a fly in there.

What time are people turning up?

We will do our best to try and get there early enough to be able to help.

Mike & Barbara
