What exactly are we offering Who is organising what activity What times activities are running from Are we providing kites/repair materials, etc or what? Is there a trader Can we park on the field etc. Ta

We do really need to park on the field if we are going to do this properly... What about advance publicity? I understood from my initial enquiries with 2010 that this will be provided????? Living in the area I can certainly help to get the word out...

Re: 'Try & Fly' Day 25th July @ Tonbridge Racecourse sorry but we cannot publicly advertise this event until we have the allclear from Tonbridge council, that is why the title has been underplayed at the moment. We still intend on holding an event but must keep it low key until TCC make up thier minds if we can hold the 'Olympic Open Day'
I do appolagise for the length of time this has taken to get this event going and the lateness, but the formalities seem to be taking quite a long time. |

Syd is there anything we can do to help? Can I pop in and see the bods at T & M council? They do get brownie points for hosting such an event and are well into community integration etc....

Other peeps dream of sports cars etc....How sad am I?????!!
